How to make companies try and buy my product?

I started a startup last year for which I got initial interest in product. However, that dried up quickly. I pivoted once to a new product, however, we are not seeing a good response.

Every channel that we avail, whether that's LinkedIn or Email or Twitter is flooded. It is very hard to get response from people. I offer gift card but that also does not work well.

I saw "talk to the users" probably 5 times. How can I talk to the users if they don't respond? I don't have anyone in my network who could provide honest feedback.

What can I to do make people try and then buy my product?

Alternately, how can I find product that people will pay for?

Generally, you develop a product that solves a problem people have, are aware they have, have taken steps to solve, and failed to reach the desired state. I.E: the talking generally happens before building, and that's how you know what to building.

One case in which you don't need that is whenever you are the target segment and you know exactly what's missing and you can build it, but even then, you talk with people to slightly generalize the product and not hard code it to your exact workflow.

Reach out to your target segment. Explore more channels (in person as well). Figure out problems and budgets.
