What problems is AI still not solving, that you would like it to?

This is more of a frontend thing and not entirely relevant, but just having the ability to select a part of a LLM's response and quickly get a definition or overview of the selected text would be immensely useful.

There's many times where I just want a deeper understanding of individual terms or concepts in the conversation, and I don't want to ask about them in the same conversation so as to preserve context. Also don't want to jump between conversations. Having them in the same interface would be awesome.

How to make this technology use much less electricity, to help us decrease rather than increase our resource-consumption demand

How to change human culture back to valuing doing things for ourselves rather than taking the "smart and lazy" approach too far; we'll always have problems, and rather than work on made-up problems I would prefer we focus on the basic-needs challenges, and once again have a reciprocal relationship with the rest of nature
