What is a good web/SaaS alternative to Adobe lightroom?

Is there one that stores all photos on cloud and let you edit in browser. May be with 20% of most used functionalities of lightroom?

Isn't modern Lightroom "Lightroom CC" already this? I thought it uploads everything to the Adobe Cloud and the app is basically a thin client.vs the more featureful "Lightroom Classic" desktop app which is local-first and has a bit more power.

Google Photos does the basics, especially on their mobile app. All the edits get saved to the cloud.
