What Windows apps/programs do you use daily and recommend?

Following the macOS apps thread [1] and in the spirit of equality, what apps/programs does HN recommend for Windows users? (I have to assume someone will do one for Linux too.)

Windows Terminal in "Quake mode" is a feature I can't live without, personally.
