DAE just close the window on sites that use Google's Captcha?

I'm finding more and more lately that google captcha asks me to pick images for a good 2-3 minutes sometimes. I'm now starting to just look for alternative sites that don't use GOogle captcha unless its super important.

It depends on how badly I need the site and how annoying it's being, but I've found my tolerance for nonsense on websites has been dropping dramatically.

I'll close a window if a site pops up a modal window for email collection when I'm 2 sentences into reading what it had to say. The desperation is not a good look and I'm tired of it.

the one that pisses me off the most is going to a site for some quick piece of information maybe, but definitely no wanting to sign up or sign in and up pops "sign in with your google account" pop up. Fuck I thought popups were dead. I don't want to ever sign up with my google account.

Never completed a captcha

I have better things to do with my time

If a site has a captcha

Bye Bye

I usually immediately close the window as it removes any desire to see the content. The only exception is if it's for a website that I want to sign up for.

Yep. "Nope" is my default response to captchas. There's almost always something I'd rather be doing once I stop and think about it.

If you don't care about privacy, you can just browse while logged into your Google account, then the captcha will usually just let you in automatically with a green check.
