Consider Salesforce.com which used to start at $65 per month per seat and go up to a moderate multiple of that, say about $250 a seat per month.
I know now they have different pricing plans (marketing cloud priced at $1500/month/org, not per seat), but compare that to what a salesperson costs. If they get paid $100,000 that is $8k a month but overhead makes it a lot more than that. If a tool organizes $8k a month worth of worth it really doesn't seem crazy to spend $200 on it if it really does what it supposed to do and is part of a sales and marketing plan that works.
