Best (Non-Material) Vue 3 Component Library?

I'm not doing Vue so for my own purposes I think I'll be going with (the non-React, Web Components version of) MS' Fluent UI, but in my research I came across also IBM's "Carbon Design System" which has a Vue3 version, you might like it:
