Would you pay for premium support from big tech?
What would be your expectations for this service and how much would you be willing to pay? I'm genuinely curious, as I'm not sure that people would actually pay for this, especially for many of big tech's products that are B2C and "free" to use.
well.. alot of times you'll get enterprise or the upper plans with microsoft when using their products in large orgs, and from what i've heard it's essentially meaningless as it all still routes to some help desk in india that doesn't have time or interest helping you

I don’t require any additional level of support now, so no.
If it was the big tech cos themselves.
No I wouldn’t pay for it.
