What are some niche problems you have with money global and local?

Hi HN community,

I'm conducting a survey to better understand the financial challenges people face all over to help myself and others. If you could take a moment to share your thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it!

Please Note: The questions apply to all forms of currency, if you use something niche please just explain what it is for context.

Financial Challenges:

1. What are the biggest problems you encounter when managing your money? 2. Are there specific financial services or tools you can't live without? 3. What do you find lacking or inadequate?

Thank you!

It's hard to track. I want a self-hosted solution so that I don't have to give a 3rd party access to my accounts, and that will automatically download my transactions from my bank, but that is evidently impossible, although I don't have any idea why.

1) it fails to hold its value, due to inflation

2) the price of money is held artificiality low, meaning I can't even invest it reasonably. This fact has deranged society

3) holding large amounts of money is now viewed with suspicion.

I have accounts in the USA and in EU zone. Moving money between them is a pain and costly. This is probably not a niche though.

The main problem I have with money is that our economic system purposely doesn't pay livable wages to all jobs that exist but our central bank's main focus is achieving 100% employment LMAO but how's that possible if they also pursue Inflationary Policy and De-regulation of the private sector/wall st./monopoly corporations/etc. when its the private sector that looks to never pay more than minimum wage if they aren't forced to!!!! LMAO and our Federal Gov't & President are Wall St.'s bitch so they happily support this Laissez Faire policy instead of fighting their greed & corruption!!! The end result of this lack of energy to force the private sector to pay truly livable wages is what leads to less than 100% employment! The fact that the majority of adults in America (62% to be exact) make less than 30k yrly is basically criminal!!!!! Also, all banks who conduct statistical studies say the average yrly salary a person needs to live comfortably (living decently better than paycheck-to-paycheck) is well above 50k yrly for just about all 50 states in the country!!! Thus, the banks aren't even honoring their own statistal data that tells them to stop being so greedy and actually work to ensure 100% employment!!! This leads to a horrible economy where the majority live paycheck-to-paycheck even while working full-time jobs as adults!!! This is insanity & is my main problem with how money works systemically in our economy!!! I personally dont have any problems managing money and I find investing very easy espeically with new apps/exchanges like Coinbase & Robinhood!!! The only problem any1 really has with managing money is that the majority simply aren't paid enough to live good lives, unfortunately, on purpose by the collusion of our Central Bank/Federal Reserve, Monopoly Corporations, and Federal Gov't!
