How to improve appointment / demo show up rates


I’m looking to help SaaS companies increase the awareness of their SaaS especially where search volumes for their solution are low but it’s clear that it solves a problem their ideal customer has.

For example I have a client doing $600k ARR but their ideal audience isn’t aware solutions are available as the market typically uses spreadsheets etc.

The objective is to incentivise (Amazon gift card etc) your ideal customer (You must know who these are) to attend your demo to introduce them to your SaaS.

They would only get the incentive if they attended the demo and even completed a questionnaire - all verified by the meeting platform used.

We would integrate with existing booking, video meeting software etc

Incentive for a demo isn’t new. It might increase your demo rate but might also introduce some leads to the funnel that want the incentive more than they want to learn about your product. So my recommendation to you would be to share the incentive with qualified demos, a questionare is nice, but a qualified demo is pipeline.

How much you offer for the gift card depends on your offering and audience, but if you’re thinking about around 100$ a pop, perhaps invest in AirPods or equivalent instead (at $150). Getting an actual device in the mail is more appealing than a gift card
