Why my submissions aren't publicly visible

I read the guidelines but didn't find out why this is happening.

You probably triggered some anti-spam mechanism, since most brand new accounts submitting youtube videos are just trying to promote something

You seem to be upvote-farming.The rational reason for this is to level-up a bunch of accounts so you can form voting-rings and steer discussions by abusing flag and vouch buttons.Welp, that's not very nice.

videos aren't mine, I just found them important and informative, I understand my submissions may not be visible at the top because not getting enough points. but submissions aren't visible even with my username.
