What are all the different ways a programmer can make money?

All of the ways? You had better ask a so-called AI if you want a silly but apparently exhaustive list.

In my experience making money programming distills down to one of these:

1. Learn to solve business problems and add value and find an employer, client, or customers who will pay you for that.

2. Get into a funded startup that has vague plans and runway to spend money, then keep repeating buzzwords and “pivoting” until the money runs out or you win the lottery.

Driving Uber, house sitting, programming, tending bar at a brewery, AirBNB your guest room, dog walking, etc.

Take on multiple menial computer-based jobs (data entry, etc) and automate them.
