I get 34 days including 9 national holidays (sometimes there are extra national days) to use during the year, and 2.5 days extra that can accumulate (so 20 extra days in total after 10 years).
Obviously I use them all, I can only carry over 5 into the next year, and I've been doing that for a long time, so I have to use them or lose them.
That doesn't include "flexitime" leave -- I might have a day mostly off because I've been working longer hours -- for example I did about 10 hours work in the second week of Easter over the 5 days as I'd done 25 hours extra in the previous month or so.
I can "buy" or "sell" holiday, by either sacrificing or receiving more pay (1/260ths of my salary), but I don't do that.
