Pivoting made the traction go away

Hey all,

I need some suggestions on my project and it's messaging.

I thought of building a simple communication template organizer. This idea got a lot of signups.

But recently, before launching, I thought of pivoting the idea a bit. I made it into an AI copilot that learns from conversations and generates replies.

Now this is getting fewer signups. Which is counterintuitive for me.

In my perspective, an AI copilot does everything that a template organizer could do, and even more.

What could be the reason?

BTW - Here's the project link http://cheatsheet.to

It seems like the reason is self-evident.

It's possible that in this specific case, AI is a bug, not a feature.

For example, did you pivot to AI because users were asking for it? Doesn't appear that was the case from your description.
