Is PlanetScale for SQLite something people would want?

I am personally looking for something like this, a small, fast, cheap and globally distributed SQLite service with great DX with tools like branching, performance checks, AI to write queries etc.

The closest I have found is https://turso.tech but its no where close to the experience you get with planet scale.

I'm not sure if this is something people would want or have a large use case for in production
