What would you want in a domain registrar?

That's it! I've built registrars in the past for other companies and an old colleague of mine is thinking about starting one as a lifestyle business. The goal would be to offer solid domain services without scammy dark upsell patterns.What would be an absolute killer feature set?

I want my registrar to be boring. That is, I just want it to register my domains at a minimal cost. The only "extra" I want is for them to proxy my contact information in the registry.
