Free Encyrpted Message Sender?

cloakmy.org is the best one I've found so far but if I want to send an encrypted message of someone's confidential username/password, what program or free service would you advise? This idea is just for text and not email, a brief (hopefully self-destructive) message that they can quickly copy?
