Simple tool for cross-posting on social media?


My friend runs a local poetry night and currently posts scheduling updates and things on Instagram. I'm looking for a simple way to send one post and have it show up on instagram, twitter, and maybe some other platforms

Most of the tools I'm finding are aimed at professional marketers and have tons of extra features like impression tracking that we don't need. And they're not always free either

It seems simple to just hook up the various basic APIs, so I'm hoping someone out there has done this and posted it on github or something

Have you checked out IFTTT? It's basically an event-driven platform that can tie a bunch of apps together.

There are tons of community made applets already out there -- let you do things like monitor your twitter and x-post to your Facebook page, etc. Or, you can make your own without too much difficulty on their free tier.
