Management Stack for a Startup

Hi guys, I'm bootstrapping a startup, and I'd like to hire my first employee. I've been looking into Stripe Atlas for incorporation, but it seems like there is a lot of other legal and accounting work that can distract from working on a product. I'd like to outsource as much of that as can be done for under ~$8K / year

What "tech stack" did you use for your startup to handle things like incorporation, hiring forms, payroll, cap table management, etc.?

You can hire a Stellar ops manager and they will coordinate everything for you with very reasonable pricing and great customer service. https://www.histellar.com/

We used Google Docs, Trello, and Stripe Atlas; hired a lawyer for legal work like contracts, immigration forms, etc; Invoicely for invoicing and payments;

stripe atlas is good for incorporation.

rippling gets a ton of the other bullshit done. ramp for expenses mercury for bank account

you prob don't need official cap-table if you're bootstrapping, right? if you do a SAFE you can angel list and RUV and get the table.

defer everything you possibly can until post raise / reality in some form.
