Immigration attorney for EB1A or O1 for early startup engineers?

Can anyone recommend an immigration attorney for an EB1A green card for an early engineer at our startup. We don't have anyone in our network who has done it so recommendations would be really appreciated!

The engineer has several patents + commercialization, some publications + citations, and played a leadership role in the startup.
