Should you incorporate as an LLC or C-Corp for your startup?

LLC is simply to start. But of course, if you're raising money and investors, they'll require C-Corp.So if you're going all in, you might as well go for C-Corp rather than LLC but C-Corp has way more work and so on.Thoughts?

Are you raising money and getting investors immediately?If not, don&rsquo;t prematurely optimize. You can always reorganize an LLC as a C-Corp later on.
