What do you recommend for SaaS broadcast emails?


I have been using SMTP2GO for transactional emails for my business and I have been surprised most transactional APIs do not deal with broadcast emails (not marketing, but important stuff like price or ToS updates) and I was wondering what other SaaS businesses use. I also checked Postmark, which has the same problem.

I am happy with SMTP2GO, so I am only looking for something to send bulk mostly non-marketing emails (though I might use this for a future newsletter too), that can import a CSV of emails, and comes with a rich text editor.

Any recommendation with generous free plans? I have about 200 users right now.

I use Postmark (https://postmarkapp.com/) for transactional emails

OnlineOrNot has an email-only auth option, and it was the only provider I found that could actually deliver emails in a second or so (rather than minutes)

We use Mailcoach. There is a version where you pay once for the tech, but you then need to set everything by yourself. It's great if you have the time to set it up properly.

Besides the ability to send transactional emais, we also have the concept of Broadcasts to send emails just like what you described.
