Authy Desktop users, what are you switching to?

As some of you may know, Authy Desktop is getting shut down by Twilio on March 19th. I am looking for a preferably free 2fa app that syncs codes between desktop and mobile. I would be willing to pay of course, but I can't find anything that does it as simply as Authy did.

I have an Intel Mac, so I can't install the mobile version of the app on my computer. I've seen Bitwarden suggested, but the setup isn't very straightforward.

Anything else?
