Modern Equivalent of Mulberry Harbours

Immediately after D-Day the Allies deployed two artificial harbours in Normandy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulberry_harbour). Now looks like USA are planning to create an artificial port in front of Gaza to help distributing food and medicines to the civilians.

My question: the Mulberry harbours components were built in UK over a period of one year.

How long would it take to create an equivalent structure today? Is there any information about USA Engineer Corps having something already available for this kind of situations?

I found something (now that we know what the USAF is actually doing):

https://alu.army.mil/alog/2012/janfeb12/PDF/jan-feb2012.pdf [Army Sustainment magazine has an article about "port opening"]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Frank_S._Besson-class_... Wikipedia on the ship sent to start building the port for Gaza

Finally, you can downwload (for 27€) chapter "Rapid Port Opening" from book "Delivering Victory" by Richard E.Killblane: https://doi.org/10.1108/978-1-78754-603-520191011
