Recommendations for RSS Reader

Question

I'm looking for an RSS reader that runs on iPhone and can handle articles, videos (YouTube) and podcasts.Preferrably open source, great if free. I'd be willing to pay for the app but would rather not have another subscription.Bonus points if it syncs across devices but not a deal breaker.Does such an app exist?

I self host the open source FreshRSS[0] and on iPhone connect to it using Reeder[1]. Reeder does support subscribing directly to RSS feeds from the phone, you don't have to run something like FreshRSS to use it.
