How to built a custom small LLM for finances?

Want to build a custom LLM for B2B enterprises for fraud detection and consumer behaviour analysis on-premises on their own private data.

1. Got some AWS credits 2. No idea on how to build LLMs 3. Got a small product (https://project-hermes-ai.vercel.app)

Will update our app to let users share financial data for training in exchange for premium features like History, Documents library and more...

Currently using GPT-4 and no training on user data for now.
