Books about the little guy beating the big guy?

I've been looking for inspiration recently as I'm working on a hardware project that could well turn into a startup, but the market we're in is very competitive, and it would be nice to get some inspiration on how we can win as underdogs.

I'd love to see your recommendations. They could be fiction (even analogies such as David and Goliath) or non-fiction.
