Are there any 'ethical' AI creation tools?

With the advent of Sora it’s clear that AI can help with the creative process but I feel there’s still some big ethical questions around where the data for these creations is sourced from.

However for a creator that maybe wants to leverage AI without walking all over previous artists copyright are there any up and coming tools that could be used ethically to expand or enhance the creative process?
