We added two domains on the Business plan and have had nothing but issues because one of their DCs sometimes can't connect to us for some reason.
We opened tickets to investigate , 10 days ago(!!) and received exactly 0 replies despite asking for updates.
We had to disable proxying until we figure this out. There goes that 100% SLA they promise with the Business Package.
Anyone knows what's going on over there ? Do they only care about Enterprise customers ?
