What are the best equivalents to GoRails for other languages?

GoRails (and RailsCasts) are both excellent resources for Rails developers. They provide relatively short, targeted videos explaining various concepts relating to Ruby and/or Rails, including third party gems.

What are equivalent resources for other languages and platforms? Reliable video resources where you can sit down, watch a 10-20min video, and learn something useful. In my case I'm specifically interested in Apple platforms but excited to hear about other platforms too.
