Ideas on how to get back into programming?

First time posting, long time lurking here :-). I started my carreer many years ago as a programmer and for the past 15 years I've been working almost exclusively in the Security field. I'm starting to think I should be getting back into programming (I never left it to be honest) but all I see is job offers that are too narrow, cloud centric and/or framework/technology specific. It could be I'm probably looking in the wrong places, so here's my question: Does anybody know where to look for "unique" programming jobs, like code-refactoring gigs, technology integration-type of jobs, any type of programming job that doesn't fit the standard requierements? Or any idea on how to proceed forward (well, besides starting a company and trying to get customers)? Thanks for your time!

Take a class or training, preferably in person, and if online, make sure it's interactive/instructor-led. Bootcamps and schools are the ones reaching out to companies to see what is in demand. Sure, you may be one the oldest there (I was when I went), but the energy in an actual class is great.

I could be wrong but I don't think people actively hire for those. It seems most companies want generalists but knowledge of specific frameworks (ie. backend engineer with Snowflake experience). You may be able to connect with a software contract company and chat with someone there to see what roles they have placed recently.
