Is Cloudflare dashboard having an outage?

I was unable to login to Cloudflare dashboard, it either says error 1001 upon login, or goes to 2FA page then redirect me back to login page, or returns 500 for 2FA requests.

Took about 5 minutes to finally get in but the page loads extremely slowly and there are errors popping up.

I am in Singapore if that matters.

Update: now the dashboard just renders an error page.
