A few years ago I switched from LastPass to Bitwarden and have been mostly happy with it. Recently, Bitwarden seems to be running slower and having more sync issues. What password manager do you recommend today?

I don't think anything else comes close to Bitwarden.
Maybe you need an update? You could also let support know about your problems or open an issue on thier GitHub.
