What pain? What is "this situation"? Layoffs? Having our jobs outsourced to third-world countries? AI replacing coders? You're going to have to be more specific if you want a useful response. But maybe you're just venting.
Anyway, my suggestion would be to get some perspective. Obviously I don't know your personal situation, but tech workers in general still have it pretty good. You will get through it.
