Incorporate in Delaware as bootstrapper in Europe or switch later?

We're a remote team of two in Europe. Currently bootstrapping. Should we incorporate in Delaware? In our countries it's not as startup friendly, so we're thinking of using something like Clerky and go to the US. Alternatively, we thought to use UK as it's closer and it seems simpler. We might raise later but want to stay bootstrapped for a while before taking on funding. Now, we need a structure and don't want to mess things up early. Has anyone here made a decision to incorporate in the US as a bootstrapper early on? Or chosen the UK? I'd appreciate any guidance especially from a perspective as a European founder building a global tech company.

I'd say search for previous topics on HN, there's a lot of good information scattered around.

But do consult a local lawyer (or someone familiar with the process) because countries are different and how do you want to structure this changes (for example, who owns what, etc)
