Has Reddit disabled the mobile website?

Getting a prompt to download a subreddit (lol) on iOS when clicking on a subreddit via a Google Search

Yesterday they turned on a UX overhaul on the website and it is an absolute trash fire of a release. Perf is insanely bad and they broke a LOT of functionality on the desktop web and mobile web experiences. My guess is the mobile app problems are related to perf. I tried to log in on the web several minutes ago and it's still trying to load my notifications. My dev tools show dozens of 50x errors on every page load. I'm also getting the download popup for every sub or thread I click on on mobile, so the site is basically unusable.

My company has a "roll back at the first sign of trouble" policy and I've seen half a dozen problems that would have immediately triggered a rollback by themselves. I don't miss working at a place that has an "all hands on deck, power through it" attitude. I need to remember this in the "do you have any questions for us?" section of my future interviews.

The apps not working either. I guess it’s just down.
