What's the term for job displacement-replacement ratio?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a term, which may not exist/have consensus yet.

It's to describe the fallacy of thinking that the issue is job displacement (and artificially restrict automation accordingly) but where the actual issue is the job replacement ability/speed (ensuring that the displaced workers skills are liquid, that there are clear paths to new roles, and that the new opportunities are being created faster than the displaced jobs are disappearing).

These terms don't cover the scope of the above fully:

- Job transition

- Job market elasticity

- Market evolution

- Neo-Ludditism

- Employment adaption

- Workforce transition

- Tech Displacement Absorption Rate

- Structural unemployment

- Technological unemployment

- Compensatory job creation

etc.

Many thanks
