Contacting Google

I acquired the Google Pixel tablet for the new year, intending to replace my aging Lenovo Smart Screen Display 10, mainly due to its inability to play Netflix. However, the experience as a smart screen is atrocious. In every aspect, its software performs less efficiently than Lenovo's (Thank you, ChatGPT, for helping me express this more politely).

I cannot comprehend how such a product made it to the market, as if no one tested it or conducted any form of QA.

My questions are:

How did such a product make it to the market? (Speculating is fine, but having concrete information is better)

Do you have contact information for a real person at Google whom I can reach out to? I want to communicate the issues and offer free QA

Google branded products usually have a way to contact support right from the device. Just type "support" in the settings search box.

I don't love Google but in my experience they actually provide better support than many hardware manufacturers.
