Are there any PaaS that would offer pricing comparable to bare metal?

I am using render.com at the moment, and... the I am paying USD 450/month for what is a relatively small project. For context, that's 32 GB / 8 CPUs.

If I moved to Hetzner, I would be paying USD 200/month for 256 GB / 24 CPUs. However, I don't want to do that because of the inconvenience of needing to manage the service myself. (I am well aware of options like Dokku, but that still means managing updates and loosing sleep, etc)

Is there really no PaaS that would have comparable pricing to all these dedicated server providers?

I don't expect price to be 1:1, but even 20% would be a great margin for a business _and_ great value for the end user.
