How does your company/organization track employee reimbursements?


As in, you have to buy office supplies, or your boss takes clients for a work lunch.

Do you use an online system to track such expenses? Or just have a shared spreadsheet or similar?

I'm a one-person-shop and I use Zoho Expense to create expense reports. This happens to integrate directly with my bookeeping system (also from Zoho).
