I've read the most contradicting views on what to expect from the stock market in 2024. Yes, it'll continue going down at least until the traditional February bump. But I've seen a lot of things saying that afterward, we start to see the light at the end of the tunnel, with stocks going through the roof by the end of the year.

Is it true? I don't know. I do know the Motley Fool guys love this sort of thing so they can give opposite opinions that let them be right either way.

But I am hoping 2024 begins another period where there is a lot to be made in the markets. 2023 had some great picks, but they weren't nearly as plentiful as after the tech bubble and after 2008 yet.

I'm open to everyone's opinions on what markets are going to succeed this year. It's apparent Nvidia will be one of the ones to actually go through the roof.
