How will you compete with ChatGPT and Google?

If you are building LLM or LLM based application, how can you even compete with giants like ChatGPT, Google, Mistral, Amazon, Anthropic and others?They have tens of billions of dollars in funding that they can spend on training, research. Adoption is quick and any simple improvement makes wide news. Whereas, you, a small hacker/developer that noone knows about struggle to get thousand impressions.Which LLM applications are left or will be left to small players?
