Would like HN like forum for jobs?

Not HN-like, no, because it’s important for me to be able to filter out jobs based on various criteria, and HN has no filtering — which is fine for what it is, it just sucks for a jobs site.

In what sense? This need some more detail.

People post job ads and people comment on whether the job is desirable or appealing? People decide whether the companies are interesting to work for?
