Are there founders who would like help "letting go"?

I've been a founder and worked for founders and I know all too well that the micromanagement that comes from something being your baby is very real. Combined with Type A, ambitious people who are used to succeeding, and it's a lethal.

I've developed a personal conclusion that the big reason some really amazing, talented founders I know haven't achieved what they wanted at their startups is because they can't let go adequately, and as a result, they're not getting the leverage they need from the team to go from 0-1.

I've spent a long time working on this for myself - developing specific tips & tricks to catch and manage my micromanagement, and I'm curious if any other founders would find this kind of help and support useful?
