Former employer still shows me as an employee. Do I have rights?
Four and a half years ago I separated from an employer but they are still showing me as an active employee (not paying me though). Are there any benefits I can exploit because their HR department didn't do their job?
Are they using you to advertise their business to others? If so you could argue that you're owed something, though it would probably be a nominal sum. If yours is just one name among many on a non-marketing page, it's probably just an oversight and it's not obvious that you've experienced any sort of loss.
What do you mean by "showing me as an active employee"?
Try sending them an invoice for what you should have been paid for the last 4.5 years and see how quickly they take you off the books.
