How do I edit my comment?

Question

I dont see any options to edit my own comments? I assume it has something to do with my acct age or karma but a lack of documentation for HN makes me ask here.context: If you can see the flagged comment in my profile, it was supposed to be a festicious but witty retort to the parent who had originally posted a one word comment but later ammended it w/o saying 'edit' :|

1. You can't edit comments over a certain age (about 2 hours)
2. You can't edit comments after someone has replied to it. (I think?)
