What's the Deal with Whoishiring?

Question

Normally it comes out at 11:00 EST on the 1st. There is this thread https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38488235 for who wants to be hired, but there does not appear to be the hiring one, and when you look at the whoishiring account submissions, you don't even see the above post. What is going on?
