But now, I finally have my first support issue and there is nowhere to go. I've upgraded to "business" pricing and pay monthly, etc., but there is not even a support email address.
Folks on reddit are pessimistic about getting any human support and hint at the entire business being on autopilot.
Does anyone have any insight here ?
Not only would I like to stop pointing folks to this service if, indeed, it is impossible to receive support but I would also like to hear if there are equivalent services out there I should consider ...
Yes there is, first result for "nextdns business support" is business@nextdns.io, how about you search before trashing them...?
