What are the most frustrating parts of your work?

Nvidia. You think if you purchased some a100 or h100 GPUs you are entitled to some firmware for them. But no, the NVIDIA enterprise support will tell you to contact the vendor through which you purchased the servers, and the vendor is as clueless as me.

I suspect the newer VBIOS for the 4-way H100 SXM5 exists (do not confuse with a H100 model designed to work with nvswitches). If someone knows its whereabouts please send it to me

Well established processes are no longer oiled by a deep bench of people who kept the world spinning.

The wheels are starting to rattle on everything, worldwide, and the next generation seems more interested with their phone. Oh well, enjoy.
