I have been on vacation over Thanksgiving and have noticed abominably slow Internet in several different cities on Google Fi after I had used it a lot for Wi-Fi hotspot in one area. Their reps claim I am not throttled. I am wondering if the providers underlying Fi (ATT, Etc) throttle?
the highest plan, "unlimited plus", has "Unlimited data, with slower data after 50 GB per person". The lowest plan says "Pay $10/GB for the data you use, with slower data after 15 GB per person".
